When will You Post My Order?
With the exception of personalised items we will attempt to send your goods within 48 hours of cleared payment, excluding weekends and NSW pubic holidays.
Delays may be experienced during the peak seasonal periods of Valentines Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Fathers Day & Christmas. If you need urgent delivery during or within 1 week of these periods please contact us prior to ordering
If you need your order urgently please contact us first so that we can advise of any delays
If an item is out of stock and we expect delays we will notify you within 24hours (excluding weekends).
For personalised items please allow an extra 3-5 days for production, in addition to the shipping times
For most Paypal (excluding e-cheque) and Credit Cards orders payment is cleared instantly. Bank deposits usually take 2-3 days and personal cheques up to 7 days from receipt.
Please enter your delivery details carefully. If an incorrect adress is provided to us or the adress is incomplete (ie no unit number or business name) and Australia Post is unable to deliver the parcel.
You will be required to pay additional postage charges for the order to be redelivered.
When will I receive my Order?
Postage time will depend on where you live in Australia. Use the following as a guide only (delays maybe experienced during Peak Periods eg. Christmas, Mothers Day, Fathers Dayetc)

Queensland – Regular 3-4 Business Days / Express Approx 1-2 Business Days
South Australia – Regular 5-7 Business Days / Express Approx 3 Business Days
Western Australia – Regular 7-10 Business Days / Express Approx 3 Business Days
Tasmania – Regular 5-7 Business Days / Express Approx 3 Business Days

Your order will be sent via either Fastways Courier or Ausptralia Post (for PO Boxes and express deliveries)

NOTE: Free Post Items do not carry replacement insurance, if you would like these items covered for loss or damages,
please select the registered post option at checkout.
Whilst all care is taken during packaging Australia Post and Fastways Courier DO NOT covered for glass breakage during transit.
Compensation for glass breakage will be at the discretion of Celebration Giftware and will be in the form of a refund not replacement
